Applications:
The main use of this instrument, is the in-circuit component diagnosis. This make it ideal for repairs on PCBs or other circuits. The small size and lightweight form, make it unique for on site use.
Mi can be used for research purposes too, when visual observation of electrical signals needed.

Details
Oscilloscope:
Dual channel oscilloscope, equipped by external trigger. Oscilloscope also can be triggered by any of digital input channels.
Maximum voltage: 140V
Maximum frequency: 200kHz
Basic options: Channel select, Scale, Gain, Position, Time base, Hold
Trigger options: Free, Auto, Normal, Single, Rising edge, Falling edge, Window, Signal prior to trigger.

Signature component tester: (known also as VI, or Curve Tracer or Tracker)
Variable testing voltage 0-8V p-p (minimum step 31mV).
Variable resistance: 22Ω, 330Ω, 4,7kΩ, 15kΩ (digital solid state changeover).
Resistance Modes: Manual (selectable by user), Switching (every 400msec change the 3 first scales), Auto (resistance change automatically).
Variable frequency 1Hz – 6kHz (minimum step 1Hz).
Sweep function to test component in continuously variable frequency.

Logic analyzer:
Input voltage: 3.3V – 18V
8 channel input (individual enable option of each channel).

In circuit logic IC tester:

 
IC tester is the combination of logic analyzer and logic generator together. 
User should be an expert. Is absolutely necessary user be able to read True tables, and Timing diagrams.
Tester does not effected by the adjacent components, and the procedure executed safely following the directions of the user's manual.
Power options: External, Elementary internal, From testing circuit.
Unit adapt the voltage level of logic analyzer and logic generator to the source, via Dgv pin.
Logic IC tester can test logic ICs like: AND, NAND, OR, NOR, EX-OR, EX-NOR, Inverters, Buffers, counters, multiplexers, and many more.
